Crate pretty_logger

A pretty logger.

A logger similar to pretty_env_logger, but configured from the init function instead of from an environment variable.

It also supports falling back to a non-colored logger.

init	Initializes the global logger.
init_level	Initializes the global logger to log at the given level, using the defaults for other fields.
