PDK Flex ABI Library

This library provides the Application Binary Interface (ABI) for PDK Flex policies, enabling communication between policy implementations and the Flex Gateway runtime.

NOTE: This ABI is specific to the Flex Gateway runtime, other proxy wasm runtimes might not offer these capabilities.
