Struct oxygengine_core::ecs::DefaultVecStorage

pub struct DefaultVecStorage<T>(_);

Vector storage, like VecStorage, but allows safe access to the interior slices because unused slots are always initialized.

Requires the component to implement Default.

as_slice() and as_mut_slice() indices correspond to entity IDs. These can be compared to other DefaultVecStorages, to other VecStorages, and to Entity::id()s for live entities.

Inserts new data for a given Index.

Removes the data associated with an Index.

pub unsafe fn drop(&mut self, id: u32)

Drops the data associated with an Index. This is simply more efficient than remove and can be used if the data is no longer needed.
