This is supported on crate feature trace only.

A Span has the ability to add events. Events have a time associated with the moment when they are added to the Span.

name: Cow<'static, str>

Event name

timestamp: SystemTime

Event timestamp

attributes: Vec<KeyValue>

Event attributes

dropped_attributes_count: u32

Number of dropped attributes
