What should be done if, when parsing a file, there's an invalid geometry, i.e. the MVT file is invalid

StopProcessing
If one geom is invalid, the whole tile is viewed as invalid and not returned.
DropBrokenFeature
The feature with invalid geometry is ignored and skipped. The rest of the features in the file (with valid geometries) are included.
