Field NOREF reader - Initial value for the Systick timer.
Field NOREF writer - Initial value for the Systick timer.

Field SKEW reader - Indicates whether the TENMS value is exact: 0 = TENMS value is exact; 1 = TENMS value is inexact, or not given.
