Dilation followed by erosion.

dilate

Sets all pixels within distance k of a foreground pixel to white.

dilate_mut

Sets all pixels within distance k of a foreground pixel to white.

Sets all pixels within distance k of a background pixel to black.

erode_mut

Sets all pixels within distance k of a background pixel to black.
