§Hygg Shared Utilities

This crate contains shared utilities used across the hygg project, including cross-platform path handling and common error types.

anchor: Rendering-independent reading-position anchor shared by every hygg client (CLI, PWA, GUI), so a position saved on one resumes on the exact same content on any other — at any wrap width, with or without ASCII-image rendering, and across client versions that render differently.
export: The portable, versioned bundle for a full per-user data export/import.
sync: Types and helpers shared between the hygg client and the sync server.

normalize_file_path: Normalizes and validates a file path for cross-platform compatibility
parse_bool_env: Parse a boolean-ish environment variable into Some(true)/Some(false), or None when it is unset or holds an unrecognized value. Accepts, case- and whitespace-insensitively, 1/true/yes/on and 0/false/no/off.
