Hardware topology (main hwloc API entry point)
A Topology
contains everything hwloc knows about the hardware and
software structure of a system. Among other things, it can be used to query
the system topology and to bind threads and processes to hardware CPU cores
and NUMA nodes. It is the main entry point of the hwloc API through which
almost any other feature of the library is accessed.
