Fields

name: String

Unique provider name (e.g., “openai”, “anthropic”).

quotas: Vec<QuotaConfig>

Quota configurations for this provider.

priority: u16

Default priority (higher = preferred). Overridden at capability level.

weight: f32

Weight multiplier for scoring (default 1.0).

cooldown_seconds: u64

Cooldown duration in seconds after repeated failures.
