Generates cryptographically secure prime numbers.

Functions

check	Test if number is prime by
from_rng	Create a new prime number with size bit_length sourced from an already-initialized Rng
new	Constructs a new prime number with a size of bit_length bits.
strong_check	Checks if number is a prime using the Baillie-PSW test
