A type representing a package version in a PackageId.

In a PackageId string like fluvio/fluvio:1.2.3, this is the 1.2.3.

A PackageVersion may be either a direct semver, or it may be the name of a tag which can later be resolved to a semver by looking up the tag in the package registry.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
