Constants

DC	The Dublin Core Metadata Element Set, version 1.1.
OBO	The Open Biomedical Ontologies base URI.
OBO_IN_OWL	The OBO in OWL mappings defined by the Gene Ontology project.
OWL	The Ontology Web Language base URI
RDF	The RDF Concepts Vocabulary (RDF) namespace URI.
RDFS	The RDF Schema vocabulary.
