Searchable snapshot APIs

Searchable snapshots let you reduce your operating costs by using snapshots for resiliency rather than maintaining replica shards within a cluster. This can result in significant cost savings for less frequently searched data.

This requires the experimental-apis feature. Can have breaking changes in future versions or might even be removed entirely.
