A Rust lib to convert E57 point cloud files to LAS format.

• convert_file
  Converts a given e57 file into LAS format and, optionnally, as stations.
• convert_point
  Converts an e57::Point to an optional las::Point.
• convert_pointcloud
  Converts a point cloud to a LAS file.
