Contains the job and the transaction for use from within a handler

Information about and status of the job that is being run

tx: &'a Transaction<'a>

Each job is run within a transaction. Use tx to make database calls within the job to ensure that those calls are rolled-back or committed in accordance with the success or failure of the job.
