Module sbd::logger

A filesystem logger for use (primarily) with the DirectIP server.

This logger is very dumb, as it was hacked together just to provide some sort of logging for the sever. In particular, it always it set to Debug, and has a bunch of panics in its log method. A more robust implementation would be better about this stuff, but as I don't need more functionality yet I'm going to keep it simple until I find out otherwise.
