Macro more_asserts::debug_assert_ne

macro_rules! debug_assert_ne {
    ($left:expr, $right:expr) => { ... };
}

Panics if the two expressions are equal. Requires that the types be comparable with !=.

Prints the values out on panic.

This macro is disabled by default in optimized builds, unless -C debug-assertions is provided to the compiler.
