Create custom currencies for use with Money types

Currency	Represents a single ISO-4217 currency (e.g. USD).
Exchange	Stores `ExchangeRate`s for easier access.
ExchangeRate	Stores rates of conversion between two currencies.
Formatter	Converts Money objects into human readable strings.
LocalFormat	Stores currency formatting metadata for a specific region (e.g. EN-US).
Money	Represents an amount of a given currency.
Params	Group of formatting parameters consumed by `Formatter`.

Locale	Enumerates regions which have unique formatting standards for Currencies.
MoneyError	Standard Error type for this crate.
Position	Items which must be positioned in a Money string.
Round	Strategies that can be used to round Money.
