Locations
The following locations are supported:
Note that mcfly should be a superset of shell history. When mcfly is present the history module will be disabled.

Each of the data providers implements the following api
- build
- info
- search
- get
Usage
This create is used by the kts cli and the know-py-shell python glue interface.
