Module imgui_ext::layout

Support for some (basic) layout annotations.

This module is mostly a work in progress. Any suggestions or contributions are very welcome.

Please file an issue if you wish contribute.

Annotations:

• #[imgui(separator)] inserts a separator
• #[imgui(new_line)] inserts an empty line
