Functions and types for reading and writing to standalone bindles

Structs

StandaloneRead	A struct containing paths to all of the key components of a standalone bundle
StandaloneWrite	A type that can write all bindle data to the configured location as a standalone bindle

INVOICE_FILE	The name of the invoice file
PARCEL_DIR	The name of the parcels directory
