The unsigned elements in vector a (eight unsigned 16-bit integer numbers) are subtracted from the unsigned elements in vector b (eight unsigned 16-bit integer numbers) The absolute value of the unsigned result is written to vector (eight unsigned 16-bit integer numbers).
