This crate implements the matrix 1-norm estimator by Higham and Tisseur.

Structs

normest1	Estimates the 1-norm of matrix `a`.
normest1_pow	Estimates the 1-norm of a matrix `a` to the power `m`, `a^m`.
normest1_prod	Estimates the 1-norm of a product of matrices `a1`, `a2`, ..., `an` passed in as a slice of references.
