macro_rules! hashmap {
    () => { ... };
    ( $( $key:expr => $value:expr ),* ) => { ... };
}

Just like vec!, but for std::collections::HashMap.

This macro uses count_args! to preallocate the exact amount of memory needed, so it's more efficient than simply iteratively inserting.
