The DB instance isn't in a valid state.

SnapshotQuotaExceededFault(SnapshotQuotaExceededFault)

The request would result in the user exceeding the allowed number of DB snapshots.

An unexpected error, e.g. invalid JSON returned by the service or an unknown error code
