Chunks together events with the same key

NOTE: In most cases you should use merge_events_by_keys instead, this transform is mostly just for backwards compatibility with older versions of aw-webui NOTE: Does not support sub-chunking which aw-server-python supports Without sub-chunking it is pretty much the same as merge_events_by_key
