Base transaction.
The VM flow checker adds “fee_amount” and “output” amounts to the “produced”, and “input” amounts to the “consumed”. The check fails with “errInsufficientFunds”, if the “produced” amount (“fee” + “outputs”) is greater than the “consumed” (“inputs”).

unsigned_tx: BaseTx
The transaction ID is empty for unsigned tx as long as “avax.BaseTx.Metadata” is “None”. Once Metadata is updated with signing and “Tx.Initialize”, Tx.ID() is non-empty.
