An implementation of an append-only zero knowledge set

• Azks
  An append-only zero knowledge set, the data structure used to efficiently implement a auditable key directory.

Enums

• InsertMode
  An azks is built both by the crate::directory::Directory and the auditor. However, both constructions have very minor differences, and the insert mode enum is used to differentiate between the two.

• DEFAULT_AVAILABLE_PARALLELISM
  The default available parallelism for parallel batch insertions, used when available parallelism cannot be determined at runtime. Should be > 1
