Function libaesthetic::make_aesthetic

pub fn make_aesthetic(input: String) -> String

Takes a string and makes it ＡＥＳＴＨＥＴＩＣ in the Vaporwave style.

Strings passed to this function cannot be used afterwords because once you go aesthetic there is no turning back.
